Witchy love

I love love LOVE the new range from Witchery that is coming into stores for SS2010/11. These are among my favourite. Plus, the guy in the shoot is smoking hot. The shop girl told me they flew him in from Norway for the shoot. 

I'm dying over those high waisted pants, and those denim shorts. They will be in my wardrobe! 

I'm sorry I've been SO SLACK on the blogging front - I've had to find a new place to live because my rent is going up to some astronomical price which I just can't afford. I've actually found a room that is right next to the Architecture campus of my Uni and is right in the centre of town for the same price. 

I've been thinking up ideas for a photo wall in my soon-to-be bedroom, and I'm picking up the "Past is like an anchor" print on Wednesday. The gal who makes them is a kiwi on Etsy, and it's a quote from Sex and the City. Love it. Go see Dear Colleen's store - it's adorable!

The previous two prints are from The Big Harumph - I think I'm going to try and make one of my own when I'm at home for the holidays.

You Again

These beautiful images are from mediocre-matt on DeviantART. He seems to have such an eye for taking beautiful photos with gorgeous lighting. I love this. Many of his photos are beauty shots. They make me happy.

In other news, I bought Frankie Magazine's "The Photo Album" Issue - it's so inspirational and has some really gorgeous shots. Makes me want to go take photos right now, but I have to study for finals.

Trouble is a Friend

How beautiful are these photos from _cassia_ on Flickr? She seems to have an awesome colouring approach to her photos that make them look old and pastel. Beautiful. And they make me happy. She also has two etsy shops: Lola's Room and Cassia Beck Vintage Inspired Photography. I know I would love to own one (or three) of these to hang above my bed.

Right now I'm studying hard (hehe) on my psychology courses... I have to finish writing notes for this course before the end of today! I'm also half dreading and half excited about the return to Wellington this Sunday. Really don't want to deal with my flatmates, but really want to see other friends before they head home for summer.

When the lights fade

This beautiful photo by Beth Retro - I had a hard time choosing one to post, she has so many breathtakingly beautiful soft photographs that just make me want to run through a wheat field in a pretty dress with balloons and a bow in my hair smelling a flower and reading a book. Yup. All that.
